Images without an operating system can contain configuration profiles, scripts, or packages. These images are useful when you want to run a script or install a package on many computers at once. You can also install configuration profiles without using a mobile device management (MDM) solution.
Create a deployment package (Mac) To install Chrome Browser on Mac ® devices in your organization, you create and deploy a custom installation package using your chosen MDM tool. To ensure that you can control Chrome Browser updates, the package must contain both the Chrome Browser and Google Software Update Agent installed at the machine level. Log in to the Admin Console. Sign in to the Admin Console with your Adobe ID and click Get Started. I have build a reboot script for MAC with help of Script tool on MAC. Now i wanted to leverage EEDK software to create a package which could be deploy from ePO in order to reboot MAC Computer. The script extension is.scrpt. I could create ePO deploy-able package, however it didn't kick off on MAC.

Create a package-only image
- In the System Image Utility app on your Mac, click the Source pop-up menu, choose “Package-only (no OS) installation,” then click Next.
- Read the macOS License Agreement. If you agree, click Agree to continue.
- Click the Add button to add configuration profiles, packages, or scripts to your image, then click Next.Click the Remove button to remove any items.

- (Optional) Click the Add button or click Import to add MAC addresses to an allow or deny list, then click Next.
